Site visit
We see the house, the access and the existing construction. Photos help, but older Auckland housing rarely tells the truth from photos alone.

Scope and quote
A written scope covering what is being removed, what is being built and what is excluded.

Programme
The order of work and which rooms are out of use at each stage, agreed before anyone starts.

Build and walk-through
Work runs to the programme, with a walk-through at the end to list anything you want revisited.
Common questions
Can we stay in the house during the work?
Often yes, depending on the scope. Kitchen and bathroom work removes the use of that room for a period, which is set out in the programme before the work starts.
Do you handle consent?
Whether a consent is needed depends on the work. Structural changes usually do, cosmetic renewal usually does not. Describe the change in your enquiry and we will tell you what applies to it.
Do you supply the joinery and fittings?
Either way works. Many clients buy their own kitchen or bathroom fittings and we install them; otherwise we can arrange supply as part of the scope.
What should I send with an enquiry?
The suburb, which rooms are involved, roughly what you want changed, your timeframe and photos of the existing space.
