Programme
The build order is set around your trading hours and the other trades, including any night or weekend work.

Build and handover
Work proceeds to the programme, with the space left clean at the end of each stage and a walk-through at completion.

Can you work while the shop stays open?
Yes. Staged and after-hours work is normal for retail and hospitality. The programme is set at quote stage so you know which areas are affected and when.
Do you work with the shopfitting drawings we already have?
Yes. If a designer or a franchise has already produced drawings and a specification, we build to them and raise anything that will not work on site before it becomes a problem.
Which parts of Auckland do you cover?
Auckland. Tell us the site address with your enquiry and we will confirm before quoting.
Can you handle a make-good at the end of a lease?
Yes. Send the make-good clause from the lease with your enquiry so the scope matches what the landlord will actually be measuring against.
