Common questions
Do you take one-off jobs, or only ongoing arrangements?
Both. A single repair is fine, and so is recurring work for a property you manage.
Do you cover both commercial and residential property?
Yes. The same team does the maintenance and the fit-out work, which is why a repair does not have to be handed to someone unfamiliar with how the space was built.
What should I include in a maintenance enquiry?
The address, what has gone wrong, when it started, whether the space is occupied, and photos of the affected area.
